Privacy Policy

Cancellation and Amendment Policy:

The right is reserve to charge cancellation fee / penalty should an Air reservation / Holiday package be cancelled. Such charges will be dependent solely on the policies and practices of the Suppliers viz Airlines and Ground Handlers. It could be as high as 100%. It is the responsibility of the Traveller to verify Cancellation and Amendment policies prior to making a purchase of the Travel Component. During High and Peak Seasons, Holiday Components are strictly Non Refundable. In case of Amendments, a fee as high as 25% can be levied. We reserve the right to charge a service fee of USD 50.00 in addition to that charged by the Suppliers / Airlines.

Refunds Policy:

Refunds will be made ONLY AFFTER receipt of same from the Airline / Ground Handler and value will be limited to the extent refunded by them.

No Show Policy:

In case of No Show, Traveller stands to lose 100% of the paid amounts.

Damage Policy:

In case of damage to Property or missing property of the Ground Handler, the client will be charged accordingly by the Management / Owners of said Properties. We are not responsible for any lost belongings or theft of belongings of Clients. They should take full care at all times of their personal belongings.

Insurance Policy:

The responsibility of Travel Insurance rests solely on the Traveller and is not included in any Travel Component booked through us.
